OUR STORY

It all started in 2007, with the vision to serve companies by helping them make the most educated decision possible when choosing their carrier, Phone System, and IT requirements to support their companies. There was something missing in our industry described as integrity, work ethics, and the desire to earn a customer’s business. Our goal was to create a process to show potential customers that we care by implementing a method called SERVE first. Serving to us is the most important part of the process with a potential customer. It allows us to focus on the customer’s needs vs. our needs. This process has allowed us to establish one of the most successful technology firms in Dallas.

But whenever you celebrate, you must remember the people who have helped you get there as success is always a team effort.

Complete Inventory Analysis for all communication bills. (This provides the customer an understanding of their total cost, current service details, contract end date, and any early termination penalties)

Negotiation support to insure you receive the best pricing and contract terms

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

Monthly email about new industry offerings or technology upgrades (Example: SD-WAN vs. MPLS, or Hosted vs. On Premise PBX)

Upgrade offerings throughout the term of the customer’s contract (Example: Customer may not have Fiber now, but when it is available, we will let them know and help the customer renegotiate their service with their current provider)

Even if you only choose one technology solution through us, we can support you and your IT team with additional projects, trouble tickets, remote support, Technology meetings, or when your team is too busy or on vacation and you need someone to stand in.

Than we validate your address to see what type of Internet and Voice delivery options are available, design the best available solution, negotiate with the carriers finance teams to achieve the best pricing from all of the carriers that are available and meet your solution requirements, negotiate current and new contract language, and provide project coordinating through the entire implementation process.
